USA Swimming Women’s Leadership Summit

On April 8-10 our own Coach Jenn attended USA Swimming Women’s Leadership Summit in Colorado Springs. Over the three days Coach Jenn got to network with 30 other coaches from across the country, work on leadership and team building exercises, and make connections to bring back to her TMEC home.
