Age Group 1

Age Group 1 requirements: Able to swim one 300 IM; max age: 10 years

Age Group 1:

Focus – Age Group 1 will focus on building technique and basic race strategy. Our goal will be for swimmers to increase meet attendance to work on attaining Blue, Winter Invite and Junior Olympic time standards.

• Maximum Age: 10 year
• Able to swim one 300 IM legally demonstrating four quality strokes and demonstrating proper technique on all turns and finishes.
