Winter Championship meet update
Junior Nationals – Federal Way, Washington
The Temecula Swim Club would like to congratulate Lauren Wood on representing the club at USA Swimming Junior Nationals.
Lauren swam the 100 and 200 breaststoke finishing 95th and 74th in both events.
Junior Nationals is the fastest 18 and under swimmers in the county, this is a huge accomplishment for Lauren to finish in the top 100 in the nation in both her events. GO TMEC!!!!
Winter Age Group Championships – Palm Springs, California
The Temecula Swim Club would like to congratulate all of our WAG swimmers. The team had a great showing from all age groups. The team finished 9th place out of close to 40 teams! Also, the team scored 300 more points than we did last year at WAG which is great team progression. In addition to the great team finish, we had over 10 individual team records broken at this meet. In addition to records, we had a tremendous effort by our relays and relay swimmers who helped boost our team scores.

CA/NV Sectionals – Monterey Park, California
The Temecula Swim Club would like to congratulate our Sectional Championship team. Temecula Swim Club had a great showing from all of our athletes. The team doubled its score from last year which is great team progression. Also, Temecula Swim Club had the highest women’s team score of all the Eastern Section teams.
We had McKayla, Madison Frederick and Lauren Wood make finals with 3 top 16 finishes. The team also had huge relay swims dropping time and finishing top 24.
